RESERVATION INFORMATION
Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required to secure bookings. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Any upgrades or additional charges after arrival will be processed prior to departure.
Licenses: All personal hunting licenses required by the State of Colorado are the responsibility of the hunter/client. We are happy to assist in obtaining and organizing such license upon request.

Pets: Pets are not permitted at Keyah Grande. Area kennels are available for your convenience. We are happy to provide a list of kennels and assist with reservations upon request.
Smoking: Keyah Grande provides a smoke free environment. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Alcohol: Keyah Grande will provide beer for clients of legal drinking age after the hunting day is completed. Any hard liquor or wine may be requested prior to arrival and will be billed accordingly.
Apparel: Please remember to bring proper hunting apparel and footwear appropriate for the season, i.e., hiking boots, snow boots, snowsuit, etc. Layers of clothing, a warm coat, and a light poncho in case of rain or snow are recommended. Weather can change rapidly in the San Juan Mountains.
Cancellation: The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Reschedule: A one-time postponement for the following year is permitted with a 10% rebooking fee and will be subject to availability and any possible rate changes.
